We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:
- Only Returns are accepted in case of smaller/larger size change for the same product.
- Each order is eligible for a return only once.
- Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
- Refund is made in terms of Store credit Only.
- Return Request to be made within 7 days of delivery.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping confirmation, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like dupattas and custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Orders placed using Store Credit.
- Customised products.
- Fabrics measuring below 2 meters in length.
- Scrubs, pre-cut fabrics, or fabrics printed on demand.
- Products bought on sale.
Exchanges
QC shall be done of the garment once it reaches our workshop, after it passed the QC ( quality check ) we shall send out the exchanged size package to you. Please note that this might 5-6 working days.
Refunds
- Money refunds are not provided for products delivered in perfect condition.
- In the event of damaged merchandise, share images and details through email.
- Further steps for replacement, store credit, or full refund will be communicated.
- No return fee will be charged in the case of damaged products.
- Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products.
- Orders once placed are not eligible for any money refunds. Only Store Credit will be provided.
International Orders:
- International orders are not eligible for Returns.
- If you decide to return your order, you are responsible for shipping the product back and bearing the associated shipping and custom charges. We do not facilitate reverse pick-ups.
- A store credit will be issued for the value of the returned product only. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Alternatively, customers can request to return the product when someone is traveling from their country to India, without incurring additional shipping costs. Brand has all the rights to agree with the timeline or not.
- In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can share images for proof with us at elixirfashionstudio@gmail.com. The issue will be recorded and further steps will be communicated to you. A store credit of the same value or a full refund can be made in such cases.
The refund of shipping charges varies on a case-by-case basis, and ultimately, the company retains the authority to make the final decision.
Customised Products:
- Customised orders are ineligible for returns.
- Customers must bear the return shipping risk and provide tracking details for any required alterations.
Refund Timeline:
- Returns take approximately 7 to 10 working days to reach the company.
- Refunds are processed only after receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be made only as a store credit of the same amount of the product. If customer has used any coupon code to avail any discount, the credit note will be issued of discounted final price. Shipping charges will not be included in store credit amount.
The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.
